25 g each,
hazelnuts, walnuts, and brazil nuts, all finely ground in blender or
food processor
1 rounded
tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 garlic
clove, peeled and crushed
seasoning
to taste
Method :
Mix all ingredients well together.
Transfer to small dish and use as
suggested.

nuts, fresh parsley and garlic. Try it as a dressing for fried fish,
grilled salmon, scampi and poached sea bass. Or just spoon it over crisp
