Three Nut Mayonnaise Recipes

Ingredients :

275 ml thick mayonnaise

25 g each, hazelnuts, walnuts, and brazil nuts, all finely ground in blender or food processor

1 rounded tbsp finely chopped parsley

1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed

seasoning to taste

Method :
  1. Mix all ingredients well together.
  2. Transfer to small dish and use as suggested.

Note :

For those who are devotees of both nuts and mayonnaise, this one is sure to please with its mixture of ground nuts, fresh parsley and garlic. Try it as a dressing for fried fish, grilled salmon, scampi and poached sea bass. Or just spoon it over crisp lettuce hearts for a very easy but sophisticated salad. Or serve as an accompaniment to freshly cooked French beans.
