Bruxelles au beurre) Recipes
Ingredients :
2.5lb Brussels sprouts
salt
1.5oz butter
Method :
This method of braising green vegetables
in butter can be used for cabbage, spring cabbage or broccoli. Wash and
trim the brussels sprouts. Cook in boiling salted water for 8 minutes.
Drain and put in the butter in a covered pan over a very low heat. Leave
for 20 minutes, shaking the pan from time to time.
