1 cup bran
muscovado sugar or raw sugar or honey
milk powder, heaped
sultanas or raisins
- Many variations of this marvelous
meal abound and are passed from one health food lover to another.
- Put all but the fruit in a large
bowl and use hands to incorporate all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Place in a roasting pan and bake
at moderate oven temperature for 30 minutes.
- Soak the fruit for a few minutes
and add to the meal at the end of the roasting period.
- Allow to cool and then store in an
