Cucumber and Radish Raita Recipes

Ingredients :

2 cups plain low-fat yogurt

1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped

3 red radishes, trimmed and finely chopped

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp salt, or to taste

freshly ground black pepper to taste

cayenne pepper (optional)

chopped cilantro or parsley

Method :
  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, radishes, cumin, salt and pepper.
  2. To serve, sprinkle with additional black pepper (if desired), cumin, cayenne pepper, and chopped cilantro or parsley.
