Method :
- Heat salad oil until hot and
sizzling in saucepan.
- Add cracked wheat and fry over
medium heat for 5 minutes or until golden, turning frequently.
- Stir in cashews, water and salt.
- Bring to boil, lower heat and
cover tightly.
- Simmer about 1/4 hour or until
wheat has absorbed all the liquid.
- Stir occasionally.
- Fork in parsley and serve while
still very hot.
Serves 6 - 8
