Method :
- Beat butter with both sugars until
light in texture, very creamy and much paler in color.
- Stir in brandy and almonds.
- Pipe or spoon into a small serving
dish and sprinkle with spice.
- Refrigerate until firm before
serving.
Old fashioned perhaps, but certainly
traditional with the addition of ground almonds.
Serves 6 - 8
