Chop eggs very
finely. Combine with green pepper, celery, pickles, radishes, pimento,
onions and parsley in a bowl. Mash cheese with a fork and stir in
mayonnaise, chili sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper, blending well. Soak
gelatin in cold water 5 minute. Set in a pan of simmering water and heat
until gelatin is dissolved. Stir gelatin into mayonnaise mixture, then
stir into egg-vegetable mixture. Turn into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch (5 x 12.5 x
7.5 cm) loaf pan or 10-inch (25.5 cm) ring mould. Chill several hours or
until very firm. Unmould and cut in thick slices or larges wedges and
serve on lettuce.
