1 small
ripe tomato, seeded and sliced into thin slivers
1/4 cup
brown rice vinegar
2 tbsp
dark sesame oil
Method :
Place the cabbage and tomato in a
medium mixing bowl and toss them together.
Sprinkle the vinegar and sesame
oil over the vegetables and toss again to mix thoroughly.
Although this wonderful Tibetan style
coleslaw is made with just a few staple ingredients, it makes an
amazingly delectable salad that even children love.
