green cabbage, thinly sliced (or shredded)
1 cup red
cabbage, thinly sliced (or shredded)
ripe tomato, seeded and sliced into thin slivers
brown rice vinegar
dark sesame oil
- Place the cabbage and tomato in a
medium mixing bowl and toss them together.
- Sprinkle the vinegar and sesame
oil over the vegetables and toss again to mix thoroughly.
Although this wonderful Tibetan style
coleslaw is made with just a few staple ingredients, it makes an
amazingly delectable salad that even children love.
