Lightly oil a
Jell-O mold or bowl. Chill the mold for 1 hour. In a medium bowl, add
the 1 1/2 cups boiling water to the lemon Jell-O. Stir to dissolve the
Jell-O. Chill just until the Jell-O becomes syrupy but not see. Using a
hand mixer, whip the Jell-O. Add the cream cheese and whipped cream to
the Jell-O and blend well. Chill until set. In a medium bowl, prepare
the strawberry Jell-O with the cup of boiling water. Stir in the
strawberries. Pour the mixture over the chilled lemon mixture and chill
until set.
