Raw Energy Salad Recipes
150 g button mushrooms
100 g Mung (Chinese) bean sprouts
100 g alfalfa sprouts
75 g shelled peas
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
- Wipe the mushrooms but do not peel
- Slice thinly and put into a
- Stir in the bean sprout and
alfalfa sprouts and the uncooked peas.
- Mix together the oil, lemon juice
and crushed garlic and pour over the salad.
- Toss well and serve at once.
A salad made in couple of minutes which
is full of good fresh flavors and crunchy textures..
Serves 4 - 6
