Raw Energy Salad Recipes

Ingredients :

150 g button mushrooms

100 g Mung (Chinese) bean sprouts

100 g alfalfa sprouts

75 g shelled peas

4 tbsp oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 garlic clove

Method :
  1. Wipe the mushrooms but do not peel them.
  2. Slice thinly and put into a serving bowl.
  3. Stir in the bean sprout and alfalfa sprouts and the uncooked peas.
  4. Mix together the oil, lemon juice and crushed garlic and pour over the salad.
  5. Toss well and serve at once.

Note :

A salad made in couple of minutes which is full of good fresh flavors and crunchy textures..

Serves 4 - 6
