Asparagus In Vinaigrette Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

125 ml



Method :
  1. If the asparagus has very thick ends, peel them before proceeding.
  2. Tie the spears into bundles and boil in salted water for about 7 minutes or until just tender.
  3. Drain and remove the ties.
  4. Place the asparagus on a serving platter and pour the vinaigrette over while the asparagus is still warm.
