Ingredients :
30 g
2 tbsp
125 g

125 ml
315 g
butter
caster sugar
pumpkin, cooked and mashed
egg
milk
self raising flour
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add the mashed pumpkin and egg and beat thoroughly.
Slowly add the milk and sifted flour, mixing all the time.
Turn the dough out onto a floured board and knead lightly.
Roll out the dough until about 3 cm (about 1") thick.
Cut into rounds and place on a floured baking tray.
Cook in a preheated hot oven 220C/425F/Gas 7 for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Turn out on a wire rack to cool.
