Nut Snow Cream Recipe

Ingredients :

275 ml double cream

2 tbsp caster sugar

1 tbsp whisky, brandy or orange flavored flavored liqueur

40 g very finely chopped walnuts, blanched and toasted almonds or blanched pistachios

1 egg white

2 or 3 drops of lemon juice

Method :

Whip cream until thick. Stir in sugar, spirit or liqueur and nuts. Beat egg white and lemon juice to a stiff snow. Fold into cream and serve.
