Creamy Fudge Frosting Recipes

Ingredients :

1 cup silken tofu, crumbled

3 tbsp pure maple syrup

1 cup semisweet vegan chocolate chips

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method :
  1. Process the tofu and maple syrup in a food processor until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a small, heavy saucepan. Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine.

  2. Warm over very low heat, stirring constantly while scraping the sides and bottom of the pan, until the chips have melted completely. Stir well to thoroughly blend in the chocolate. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.

  3. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate several hours until well chilled. Stir again before using.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups
