1 cup wheat meal flour
1 tsp baking soda, heaped
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
125g sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup safflower oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup finely grated carrot
1/2 cup sultanas or raisins
Oven - 350F
