Advocaat Strawberry Creams Recipe

Ingredients :

225 g strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced

4 tbsp caster sugar

4 tbsp fresh orange juice

150 ml double cream

50 g walnuts, chopped

5 tbsp advocaat

1. Toss strawberries with sugar and orange juice.
2. Divide equally between 4 wine type glasses.
3. Whip double cream until thick.
4. Fold in 40 g walnuts and the advocaat.
5. Pile over strawberries in dish then sprinkle with remaining walnuts.
6. Chill lightly in the refrigerator before serving with fan-shaped wafers.

A dream of a sweet in which advocaat and walnuts play a major role. For 8 servings, double all the ingredients and you will have a sweet fit for any dinner party.
