How to Stir Fry Vegetables

1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add sliced vegetables such as asparagus, Asian greens (bok choy, choy sum and Chinese cabbage) and bell pepper (capsicum).

2. Fry, stirring and tossing constantly, until vegetables are tender-crisp, 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
