Sweet Corn Strudel Recipes

Ingredients : |

1 sheet |
fresh corn kernels, cooked
egg, beaten
ready-made flaky pastry |
Method :
- Drain and cool corn, add egg and
mix well.
- Spread corn mixture evenly over
sheet of flaky pastry stopping 1cm from all edges.
- Roll up tightly taking care not to
break the pastry.
- Brush end seam with a little extra
egg to seal.
- Place carefully on a flat baking
tray.
- Bake in a very hot oven at 220C
(450F) for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
