Sweet Corn Strudel Recipes

Ingredients :

200g

1

1 sheet

fresh corn kernels, cooked

egg, beaten

ready-made flaky pastry

Method :
  1. Drain and cool corn, add egg and mix well.
  2. Spread corn mixture evenly over sheet of flaky pastry stopping 1cm from all edges.
  3. Roll up tightly taking care not to break the pastry.
  4. Brush end seam with a little extra egg to seal.
  5. Place carefully on a flat baking tray.
  6. Bake in a very hot oven at 220C (450F) for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
