Ingredients :

corn kernels

red capsicum (pepper), cut into 1.5 cm squares

green capsicum (pepper), cut into 1.5 cm squares

small white onions, halved

peas

fresh lima beans

oil

chopped fresh basil

fresh basil or parsley, to garnish

Method :
  1. Place all the vegetables in a steamer and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add vegetables.
  4. Sauté vegetables for several minutes.
  5. Add basil.
  6. Serve with fresh herbs.
