Mexican Corn on the Cob Recipes

Ingredients :

1/2 tsp

hard-boiled eggs

butter or margarine, softened

thickened cream

Tabasco sauce

chopped parsley

corn cobs

sugar

freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method :
  1. Mash eggs with fork till smooth.
  2. Blend in butter, cream, Tabasco, parsley and seasoning.
  3. Cut each corn cob into three pieces.
  4. Cook in boiling water with sugar for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
  5. Drain.
  6. Serve cobs hot, topped with egg and butter mixture.
