hard-boiled eggs
butter or margarine, softened
thickened cream
Tabasco sauce
chopped parsley
corn cobs
sugar
freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Method :
- Mash eggs with fork till smooth.
- Blend in butter, cream, Tabasco,
parsley and seasoning.
- Cut each corn cob into three
pieces.
- Cook in boiling water with sugar
for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
- Drain.
- Serve cobs hot, topped with egg
and butter mixture.
