Soured Cream and Walnut Dip Recipes

Ingredients :

2 cartons (142 ml) soured cream

2 tbsp thick Mayonnaise

1 tbsp very finely grated onion

2 tbsp very finely chopped parsley

25 g walnuts, very finely chopped

salt and freshly milled pepper to taste

Method :
  1. Mix all ingredients well together and spoon into a small serving dish.
  2. Stand on a large plate and surround with suggested crudités.

Serves 8-12

A classic style dip with which you can serve crudités of mangetout, finger of fresh pineapple, courgettes cut into sticks, slices of peeled carrots and apple slices brushed with lemon juices.
