Orange, Radish, and Onion Salsa Recipes

Ingredients :

1 large Navel or Temple seedless orange, peeled, cored and chopped

1.5 cups chopped red radishes

1 medium red onion, peeled and roughly chopped

1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeded, cored and finely minced

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tbsp minced cilantro

salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Method :
  1. Place chopped orange in a medium mixing bowl or serving dish. Add radishes, onion and jalapeno peppers.
  2. In a cup, combine oil. vinegar, cilantro, salt and pepper. Whisk with a fork, drizzle over salad, and toss to combine.
