fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered
2 tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp
fresh lemon juice
2 tsp
Dijon mustard
2 tsp
sugar
Method :
Bring a
large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the Brussels sprouts and
cook until tender. Drain well.
Combine
the oil, lemon juice, mustard and sugar in a small bowl or measuring
cup. Whisk them together until blended. Pour over the Brussels
sprouts and toss until evenly coated.
