Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary Recipes

Ingredients :

12 medium potatoes, peeled

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tbsp roughly chopped fresh rosemary

1 tbsp sea salt

sea salt, for serving

Method :

Preheat oven to 400F (200C / Gas 6). Place potatoes on a parchment-lined (baking paper-lined) baking sheet. Combine olive oil and garlic in a small bowl. Drizzle potatoes liberally with oil and garlic, then sprinkle evenly with rosemary leaves and salt. Bake, turning occasionally, until golden and crisp, 30-35 minutes.

Remove from oven and serve piping hot with extra salt.

Serves 4-6 as an accompaniment
