medium tomato, pared and cut in pieces
3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
light cream
salt
butter or margarine
dash pepper
dash fines herbs
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water till tender; drain.
Beat cream cheese till fluffy.
Add hot potatoes gradually, beating constantly till light and fluffy.
Beat in cream.
Season with salt, pepper, and fines herbs.
Pile in two rounds on greased heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Broil with steak last 5 minutes.
