Pour the butter and honey over the
carrots and toss to combine.
Sprinkle the chives over the
carrots.

This dish can also be cooked in the
microwave. Place the carrots and 1 tbsp water in microwave safe bowl.
Cover and cook on high (100%) for 6-8 minutes: drain. Cook the butter
and honey in a microwave safe bowl a high (100%) for 45 seconds, or
until melted. Stir to combine. Pour over the carrots, toss to coat and
sprinkle with the chives.
