Method :

In saucepan, thoroughly mix gelatin, 2
tbsp sugar and salt.

Beat together egg yolk and milk; stir
into gelatin mixture.

Cook and stir over low heat till
slightly thickened.

Add vanilla; chill till partially set.

Beat egg white to soft peaks; fold
into gelatin mixture.

Fold in whipped cream, chopped
chocolate, and pecans.
-
Spoon into sherbets.
-
Chill at least 2 hours.
-
Garnish with additional pecans just
before serving.
