Fenugreek Potatoes Recipes

Ingredients :

450 g cooked potatoes

3 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp turmeric

225 g fenugreek sprouts

pinch of cayenne pepper

pinch of salt

Method :
  1. Chop the potatoes.
  2. Heat the oil in a thick frying pan and add the potatoes and turmeric.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring and lifting them often as they change color.
  4. Add the fenugreek sprouts, cayenne pepper and salt.
  5. Put on lid and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Note :

A delicious way of preparing the ever popular fired potatoes with a slightly spicy flavor.

Serves 4 - 6
