Method :
- Chop the potatoes.
- Heat the oil in a thick frying pan
and add the potatoes and turmeric.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring and
lifting them often as they change color.
- Add the fenugreek sprouts, cayenne
pepper and salt.
- Put on lid and continue cooking
for 5 minutes.
Note :
A delicious way of preparing the ever
popular fired potatoes with a slightly spicy flavor.
