Beetroot with Parmesan Recipes
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
500g cooked beetroot, sliced into rings
75g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Heat the oil and butter until
- Put about 1/3 of the beetroot in
an ovenproof dish and drizzle with some of the oil and butter.
- Cover with 1/3 of the Parmesan and
season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Repeat these layers until all the
ingredients are used, bake in oven, 400F, gas mark 6, 15 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
