Beetroot with Parmesan Recipes

Ingredients :

4 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

500g cooked beetroot, sliced into rings

75g Parmesan cheese, grated

pepper

Method :
  1. Heat the oil and butter until foaming.
  2. Put about 1/3 of the beetroot in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with some of the oil and butter.
  3. Cover with 1/3 of the Parmesan and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Repeat these layers until all the ingredients are used, bake in oven, 400F, gas mark 6, 15 minutes.
  5. Ready to serve.
