Baked Potato with Chef's Cheese Sauce Recipes

Method :

1. Scrub and prick 2 baking potatoes.

2. Bake along with roast last 75-90 minutes.

3. Serve with Chef's Cheese Sauce:

Chef's Cheese Sauce:

1. Whip 2 tbsp butter or margarine, softened, and 1/4 cup shredded sharp process American cheese till fluffy.

2. Add 1/4 cup dairy sour cream and 1-2 tsp snipped green onions to mixture.

3. Beat with electric mixer till blended.
