Baby Glazed Carrots Recipes

Ingredients :

1 oz butter

1 lb young carrots, quartered lengthways

pinch of sugar

2 tbsp orange juice

salt and pepper

chopped parsley, to garnish

Method :
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add carrots, sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Pour in just enough water to cover and cook gently, uncovered, 15-20 minutes until the carrots are tender and the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Add the orange juice towards the end of cooking time.
  4. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
