Coconut Chutney Recipes

Method :

  1. Grated coconut (160gm), roasted gram (15gm), curry leaves (8), green chilies, chopped (5), ginger, chopped (15gm), lentils (urad daal) (5gm), mustard seeds (5gm), oil (15ml) and salt (to taste).

  2. Grind coconut, green chilies, ginger and gram to a paste.

  3. Sauté mustard seeds, lentils and curry leaves.

  4. Stir in the ground paste, cook for 3-5 minutes.

  5. Allow to cool, refrigerate and use when required.
