onion, peeled and chopped
clove garlic, crushed
water (250ml) mixed with 1 tbsp tomato
sauce
chopped fresh dill
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
pinch nutmeg |
Method :
- Shell beans.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan.
- Add the beans, onion and garlic.
- Cook over moderate heat, stirring,
for 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and
bring to the boil.
- Cover the pan, cook for 35
minutes, adding more water if necessary.
