Barbecued Bean Bake Recipes

Method :

  1. Cut one 7-ounce can luncheon meat into 2 or 3 slices.

  2. Pour one 16-ounce can baked beans and pork in molasses sauce into small baking dish.

  3. Mix 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp catsup, and 1 tbsp prepared mustard.

  4. Spread some mixture on meat and mix remaining into beans.

  5. Arrange meat atop beans in baking dish.

  6. With wooden pick, attach 1 thin slice onion and 1/2 slice lemon to each meat slice.

  7. Bake in moderate oven (375°) for 35-40 minutes or till hot.
