Slice
zucchini 1/4 inch (0.5cm) thick onto a large piece of doubled heavy-duty
aluminum foil. Add onions. Turn up edges of foil slightly. Combine salad
dressing mix, vinegar and oil and pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with
cheese. Wrap loosely, sealing the foil with double folds. Cook about 4
inches (10cm) from hot coals for 25 minutes or until tender, turning
package halfway through cooking.

in oven at 400F (205C) for about 40 minutes, if preferred.
