12 wedges chilled watermelon, about 3/8
inch (12mm) thick
1 red (Spanish) onion, chopped
3 oz (90g) feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch
(12mm) cubes
3 tbsp olive oil
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method :
Place 2 watermelon wedges on each serving
plate. In a bowl, combine onion, feta, oil and plenty of black pepper.
Spoon over watermelon. Serve chilled, drizzled with olive oil and
sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper.
