1 cup silken tofu (firm)
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp dried onion flakes
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp tamari
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes, optional
An irresistible chip and vegetable dip that also makes a terrific topping for baked potatoes.
