Grilled Mushroom Cups Recipes

Ingredients : |

medium-sized mushroom cups
cloves garlic, crushed
butter or margarine
breadcrumbs
grated Parmesan cheese
rashers rindless bacon, chopped |
Method :
- Wipe mushrooms, carefully remove
the stalks.
- Chop the stalks finely, mix with
the crushed garlic.
- Mash the butter with a fork, mix
in the breadcrumbs, cheese and the mushroom stalks.
- Fry or grill the bacon until
crisp.
- Drain on crumpled kitchen paper.
- Add to the cheese mixture.
- Fill the mushroom cups with the
mixture.
- Place under a hot grill to brown
quickly.
- Serve as a snack or a meal
accompaniment.
