Grilled Mushroom Cups Recipes

Ingredients :




4 tbsp

2 tbsp


medium-sized mushroom cups

cloves garlic, crushed

butter or margarine


grated Parmesan cheese

rashers rindless bacon, chopped

Method :
  1. Wipe mushrooms, carefully remove the stalks.
  2. Chop the stalks finely, mix with the crushed garlic.
  3. Mash the butter with a fork, mix in the breadcrumbs, cheese and the mushroom stalks.
  4. Fry or grill the bacon until crisp.
  5. Drain on crumpled kitchen paper.
  6. Add to the cheese mixture.
  7. Fill the mushroom cups with the mixture.
  8. Place under a hot grill to brown quickly.
  9. Serve as a snack or a meal accompaniment.
