Fresh Mushroom Saute Recipes

Ingredients :


3 tbsp

2 tsp

mushrooms (about 1/2 pound)

butter or margarine

all-purpose flour

Method :
  1. Wash mushrooms.

  2. Slice lengthwise through cap and stem.

  3. Melt butter in skillet.

  4. Add mushrooms.

  5. Sprinkle with flour; toss to coat.

  6. Cover and cook over low heat till tender, 8-10 minutes turning occasionally.

  7. Season with salt and pepper.
