Stir Fried Vegetables with Cashews Recipes

Ingredients :

2 oz cashews

8 oz Chinese leaves, chopped into 1 inch pieces

2 oz cauliflower florets

2 oz broccoli

2 oz white cabbage, chopped

2 baby corns, diagonally sliced

1 tomato, cut into 8 pieces

5 garlic cloves, chopped

1.5 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

3.5 fl oz water

2.5 tbsp groundnut oil

pepper, to taste

Method :
  1. Fry the cashew nuts in a dry frying pan over a moderate heat until toasted.
  2. Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, in a bowl.
  3. Heat a wok or frying pan and add the oil.
  4. Throw in the contents of the bowl and cook over a high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring and turning.
  5. Ready to serve.
