Steamed White String Beans With Fermented Bean Curd Sauce Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :                                                               Seasoning :

225 g white string beans

150 g dace fillet

2 cubes of fermented bean curd

2 slices of ginger

pinch of shredded red chili

 

2/3 tsp oil

2/3 tsp caltrop starch

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 tsp sugar

pinch of pepper

ginger juice

Method :
  1. Wash and section white string beans.
  2. Mix fermented bean curd and red chili together.
  3. Stir until sticky.
  4. Slice fish.
  5. Mix with seasoning.
  6. Arrange beans and ginger on serving plate.
  7. Pour 1/2 portion of fermented bean curd sauce on top.
  8. Steam over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  9. Put fish slices onto beans.
  10. Steam over high heat for 3 minutes.
  11. Remove.
  12. Add boiling oil and the remaining fermented bean curd sauce.
  13. Serve.
