Ingredients :
185g low fat peach and mango yoghurt
185ml apricot nectar, chilled
60g raspberries
300g ripe diced peaches
8 large ice cubes
peach wedges, to serves
Put the yoghurt, nectar, fruit and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve with the peach wedges.
Serves 4 - 6
