Ingredients :

Base Dressing
2 tbsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
Tahini Orange Dressing
shredded red cabbage
shredded green cabbage
whole toasted blanched almonds
cream
tarragon vinegar
prepared mustard
garlic salt
tahini
water
juice and finely grated rind 1 orange
Combine red and green cabbage.
Wash, drain and chill in refrigerator.
Combine base dressing ingredients in a screw-top jar, shake well.
Toss cabbage with dressing and 1/4 cup almonds.
Pile into salad bowl.
Top with remaining almonds.
Whisk together ingredients for Tahini Orange Dressing.
Drizzle over salad to serve.
Serve 6
