How to Saute English Spinach Leaves

1. Melt 1 tbsp 1 oz (30g) butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add crushed garlic to taste and cook for 1 minute.

2. Turn off heat, add washed spinach leaves and toss until coated in water.

3. Cover and allow to stand for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
