Chinese Green Soup Recipes

Ingredients :

1 cup

clove garlic, crushed

grated ginger

hot chicken or vegetable stock


Chinese cabbage, finely shredded

spring onions, finely chopped

dry sherry

sesame oil

Method :
  1. Heat oil in a saucepan, cook garlic and ginger 1 minute.
  2. Pour in hot stock and rice, simmer 15 minutes or until rice is just tender.
  3. Add cabbage and spring onions.
  4. Simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in sherry and sesame oil.
  6. Serve hot.
