Lentil Kebabs Recipes

Ingredients :

300 g

a pinch

lentils (malka masoor daal)

green chili, deseeded, chopped

green coriander, chopped

ginger, finely chopped

red chili powder

chaat masala

bread crumbs (white)

corn flour

garam masala

oil for frying

salt to taste

water as required

Method :
  1. Pick and wash the lentils, boil in water till they become soft.
  2. Drain and mash the lentils.
  3. Add green chilies, coriander, ginger, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, bread crumbs, corn flour and garam masala.
  4. Mix well, divide and shape into 16 medallions.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil until light brown in color.
  6. Drain excess oil and serve hot.

Serves 4

Preparation Time : 15 minutes

Cooking Time : 25 minutes
