Method :
- Heat oil till it is smoking, lightly stir fry
cloves, cardamoms, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, whole red chilies
and cumin seeds.
- Lower the heat.
- Add onions and brown over medium heat.
- Stir in ginger garlic pastes, red chili powder,
turmeric powder and asafoetida, cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Add yoghurt, bring to boil, simmer until the oil
separates.
- Add cottage cheese cubes, salt, pepper, sugar,
garlic cloves and lemon juice, cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green coriander.
