(jeera) powder

red chili

Method :
- Blend together fresh mint, lemon
juice, green chilies and green coriander into a purée.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
- Add ginger garlic pastes and
potatoes.
- Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cumin, coriander powder and
red chili paste.
- Stir fry, add salt and water (250
ml).
- Bring to a boil and simmer till
potatoes are cooked.
- Add the blended pureed and stir
fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Add salt and serve at once.
Serves 3 - 4
