Method :
- Blanch spinach, drain and chop
coarsely.
- Cut cottage cheese into cubes.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Add cumin, garlic and sauté until
garlic changes color, add whole red chilies, stir for half a minute.
- Add spinach, stir fry adding
coriander powder, cumin powder and red chili powder.
- Add cottage cheese and stir fry
for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt.
- Serve hot, accompanied by
Parantha.
