Stir Fried Spinach With Cottage Cheese Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

spinach (palak)

cottage cheese (paneer)


cumin (jeera) seeds

garlic cloves

whole red chili

coriander powder

cumin (jeera) powder

red chili powder

salt to taste

Method :
  1. Blanch spinach, drain and chop coarsely.
  2. Cut cottage cheese into cubes.
  3. Heat oil in a wok.
  4. Add cumin, garlic and sauté until garlic changes color, add whole red chilies, stir for half a minute.
  5. Add spinach, stir fry adding coriander powder, cumin powder and red chili powder.
  6. Add cottage cheese and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt.
  8. Serve hot, accompanied by Parantha.
