Stir Fried Mushrooms Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

mushrooms, quartered


cabbage, shredded

red chilies, whole

coriander seeds

onions, sliced

garlic paste

garam masala

tomatoes, chopped

green chilies, chopped

ginger, chopped

green coriander, chopped

capsicum, julienned

salt to taste

Method :
  1. Heat oil (2 tbsp) in a wok.
  2. Stir fry the quartered mushroom over medium heat for a few minutes.
  3. Remove and keep aside.
  4. In the same oil stir fry the shredded cabbage until the liquid evaporates.
  5. Pound the red chilies and coriander seeds with a pestle.
  6. Heat the remaining oil in a wok.
  7. Sauté the onions till they are transparent.
  8. Add the garlic paste and stir for 20 seconds over medium heat.
  9. Add the pounded red chilies and coriander, garam masala and salt.
  10. Stir for 30 seconds.
  11. Add tomatoes and cook till the oil separates.
  12. Add the green chilies, ginger and half the green coriander and stir.
  13. Add the stir fried mushroom and cabbage and cook for a few minutes.
  14. Garnish with julienned capsicum and the remaining green coriander.
  15. Serve hot, you may serve with rice.
